Users acknowledge and agree that a substantial portion of the compensation HLD receives for making the Site available to you is collected through the HLD Fee described in the Payment Terms section below. HLD only receives this HLD Fee when a Customer and a Life Designer pay and receive payment through the Service.
Therefore, during the time period you are a User of the Hundred Life Design and for six (6) months thereafter (the “Non-Circumvention Period”), you agree to use the Site as your exclusive method to request (if you are a Life Designer), make (if you are a Customer), and receive (if you are a Life Designer) all payments for life design services and work directly or indirectly for the specific Customers and Life Designers you have engaged through the Service (as applicable).
However, if you are in an existing business relationship with such Customer or Life Designer (as applicable) that was formed prior to your first use of the Service, you may continue this business relationship.
