I grew up in Arizona and competed in athletics my entire life. In the last 20 years of working as a law enforcement officer, I have seen how physical fitness and mental toughness improve overall health and wellness in everyone's lives. I am still actively teaching the law enforcement community through various programs I have helped develop over the years. I have coached baseball, wrestling, and absolutely love coaching weightlifting and helping people feel stronger as they improve their strength both physically and mentally.
