BIOGRAPHY

I bring a practical set of deliverables to those who lead, sell, and support sales and implementation. I have the academic expertise of a doctorate in Organizational Leadership combined with 15 years of higher education teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor with four Southern California universities. This preparation combined with more than 20 years as an Education leader makes for a deep set of practical experiences of truly "walking the talk." I have spent the past eight years coaching and consulting clients in schools and corporations (leaders, sales and support personnel) to improve the sales and implementation of their products. Marketplace understanding requires a diverse toolbox to access and use the skills of how to: Implement products and programs, manage difficult personalities, handle change, support teams, use reflective dialogue, leverage appreciative inquiry, measure impact, maximize social capital, use leadership techniques, and build efficacy. The experiences and learning provide cross-over experience to engage in your market with these learned tools.
